v0.2.1 - Slow Motion Powerup

Added a powerup (yellow) that slows down time when the ball hits an enemy. Time speeds back up when the ball is touched, or after a few seconds. This powerup lasts 10 seconds.

Also made it so the ball is let go when it is dragged into an enemy. Again like in the previous update, encourages more flicking and less dragging.
